156 Miles, 10 Centres, 2 Days: Tim Stiddard Cycles All 10 Oxfordshire Masonic Centres

This weekend, Oxfordshire Freemason Tim Stiddard successfully completed an extraordinary challenge, cycling 156 miles in just two days while visiting all 10 Masonic centres across the Province of Oxfordshire.

The ambitious ride was far more than a personal endurance test. Tim undertook the challenge to raise vital funds for essential repair and restoration work at the historic Witney Masonic Hall, helping to preserve an important community building for future generations.

Covering 156 miles over two days, the challenge demanded stamina, determination, and resilience as he travelled from centre to centre across the county. Despite the physical demands, Tim completed the journey with the support of fellow Freemasons, friends, family, and well-wishers who followed his progress along the way.

Through his efforts, Tim raised funds towards the repair and upkeep of Witney Masonic Hall, with donations helping to support the preservation of this historic building.

Tim’s fundraising challenge has made a valuable contribution towards these important preservation efforts.

Freemasonry has a strong tradition of charitable giving and community support, with lodges across Oxfordshire regularly raising funds for local causes and charities.

Tim’s ride was a wonderful example of that spirit in action, bringing together determination, community involvement, and charitable fundraising for a worthwhile cause. The challenge also demonstrated the strength of support that exists across the Province, with members encouraging and assisting Tim throughout his journey.

Completing 156 miles in two days while visiting all 10 Masonic centres across Oxfordshire was a remarkable achievement and one that reflects Tim’s dedication to both Freemasonry and his local community.

Tim even managed a detour to Wallingford Masonic Centre to meet up with a few of the women Freemasons!

Everyone involved can take pride in what was accomplished, and the funds raised will help ensure that Witney Masonic Hall remains an important part of Oxfordshire’s Masonic and community life for generations to come.

Congratulations to Tim on completing this incredible journey across the Province of Oxfordshire.

Tim’s just giving page is still open, so please do donate if you can. https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/cycling-the-province?utm_medium=CF&utm_source=CL
